A document is a representation of an object. It could be an e-commerce product, web page, blog post, new article etc. Our App automatically indexes all items (and optionally web pages). You will see all indexed items in the console.
There are 3 different types of API calls that our app provides. Autocomplete API call, Search API call and Indexing API call. A query is equivalent to a single Search API call. You will be able to see all logged API calls in 'API Operations' section in our console app.
We provide JavaScripot code snippet that uses two cookie variables; one is used for a visitor and the other one is used for a particular visit. By default, we collect search related events, however this functionality is customizable. You will be able to see all collected information in 'Tracking Log' section in our console app.
By default, our BigCommerce App updates all products every day. There is however an option to use webhooks and ability to change reindexing schedule and or turn it off.
